Hey y'all!
This week was pretty interesting. So had this guy call us and ask for a Book Of Mormon. Elder Hinds and I were excited and we got there johnny on the spot. To start off, he lives in a pretty sketchy part of town...he invites us in and locks his door from the inside with a key, that was really odd...then he proceeds to tell us that Satan tells him to kill himself, and that he's homicidle! Can you believe that?! So as you can imagine, Elder Hinds and I got out of there! Anyways...i started talking to this guy named Chris at the library a few days ago. We got to know him, and he really knows the Bible. He invited us to his house on Friday night to have a testimony meeting...we were hesitant to go, but we did. He made chili and we met him and some of his friends around a camp fire and shared our beliefs. There was a guy there who was going to Liberty University (the baptist version of BYU), and he sincerly accepted a Book Of Mormon! It was really cool, and it was spiritual. :) Well its getting really cold here. I hope you all have a great week, thanks for all the support! :)
